At Silkn.com, Refurbished devices and consumable Silk'n skin care are considered non-refundable. If you refuse to accept delivery of your Silk’n device at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any shipping costs incurred by Silkn US Inc. plus a 20% handling charge. Once the unit is received and it is examined and approved by the returns department, your account will be credited. Purchase orders are processed in real time, making it possible for customers to receive their Silk’n orders quickly, therefore cancellation is not possible after the order is confirmed.

For the return procedure, if you purchased your device from silkn.ca and you would like to return it, you need to contact Silk’n Customer Service at 1-800-250-5053 to receive a Return Authorization Number. A return confirmation email will be sent to you followed by a return shipping label. Carefully package all components/products that were included in the original order in a shipping box and affix the shipping label to the box. Any orders under the value of $69.00 (before tax) will incur a $14.95 standard shipping and handling charge.
