Silkn.com Return Policy?
At Silkn.com, Refurbished devices and consumable Silk'n skin care are considered non-refundable. If you refuse to accept delivery of your Silk’n device at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any shipping costs incurred by Silkn US Inc. plus a 20% handling charge. Once the unit is received and it is examined and approved by the returns department, your account will be credited. Purchase orders are processed in real time, making it possible for customers to receive their Silk’n orders quickly, therefore cancellation is not possible after the order is confirmed.
For the return procedure, if you purchased your device from silkn.ca and you would like to return it, you need to contact Silk’n Customer Service at 1-800-250-5053 to receive a Return Authorization Number. A return confirmation email will be sent to you followed by a return shipping label. Carefully package all components/products that were included in the original order in a shipping box and affix the shipping label to the box. Once the product is received by Silk’n a refund will be issued within 5-10 business days. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund.
Silkn US Inc. cannot accept returns for products purchased at 3rd party retailers. If you purchased your Silk’n from anywhere other than Silkn US Inc. you must contact the retailer directly for their return policy. A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. Your returned product must have a Silkn US Inc. Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization will be returned to sender. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued.
For the shipping policy, the shipping cost of devices and/or other products valued over $69.00 is FREE of charge when ordering on Silkn.com for select zip codes. Any orders under the value of $69.00 (before tax) will incur a $14.95 standard shipping and handling charge. Most orders using Standard Shipping are generally delivered within 7-10 business days from their date of shipment. Expected delivery times will vary depending on the location where the item is shipped. Most orders using Expedited Shipping are generally delivered within 2 - 3 business days from their date of shipment. Expedited shipping is available to most destinations for an additional charge except P.O. Boxes. All orders must be received before 2:00 PM Pacific Time Mondays to Fridays. No Expedited shipping deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you place your order for Expedited shipping on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.
